About the Role:
- Build and lead the AP function in a remote-first global environment.
- Design scalable processes, controls, and systems across international entities.
- Work with modern tools like NetSuite, Ramp, and AI-driven workflows.
Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end AP operations: invoice processing, vendor coding, payment execution.
- Automate P2P workflows and implement approval processes and expense policies.
- Support month-end closing with accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of AP or accounting operations experience in a multi-entity setting.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Ramp.
- Strong understanding of VAT compliance for European entities.
