Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end accounting process for multiple clients.
- Maintain books using QBO and Dext, reconcile bank and accounting ledgers.
- Process A/P invoices with bill-pay systems and prepare payroll journal entries.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience required, Xero a plus.
- 2+ years end-to-end accounting and 1+ years Accounts Payable experience.
- Exposure to managing multiple clients' books and cloud accounting tools.
