Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks with QuickBooks Online and NetSuite.
- Prepare schedules, financial reports, and workpapers using advanced Excel formulas.
- Support fund accounting activities including capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and NetSuite, plus strong Excel skills.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools and high English proficiency.
