About the Client:
- Our client operates in the Consulting and Real Estate (Rental Properties) industry.
- They are based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping tasks including maintaining books, preparing invoices, and processing timesheets.
- Perform administrative tasks such as research, coordination, and planning.
- Provide real estate property management support including coordinating tasks and managing books for rental properties with asset management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks is required.
- Experience in bookkeeping, including invoicing and timesheet processing.
- Understanding of asset-based bookkeeping (real estate) and tax strategies.
- Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude) for research and process building.
