About the Client:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping tasks including maintaining books, preparing invoices, and processing timesheets.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as research, coordination, and planning.
  • Provide real estate property management support including coordinating tasks and managing books for rental properties with asset management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience with QuickBooks is required.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, including invoicing and timesheet processing.
  • Understanding of asset-based bookkeeping (real estate) and tax strategies.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude) for research and process building.
