Evaluations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Organize program information and stakeholder feedback to define evaluation focus areas and schedule.
• Plan and conduct site visits, either virtual or in-person, to meet with program leadership and partners.
• Draft and finalize comprehensive findings reports with accomplishments and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Master's degree and over three years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrate strong writing, editing, and analytical abilities with excellent organizational skills.
• Exhibit self-motivation to work independently in a team and build relationships with management and external partners.
• Ability to pass and maintain a National Agency Check and fingerprinting background check.
