Responsibilities:
- Organize program information and stakeholder feedback to define evaluation focus areas and schedule.
- Plan and conduct site visits, either virtual or in-person, to meet with program leadership and partners.
- Draft and finalize comprehensive findings reports with accomplishments and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Master's degree and over three years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate strong writing, editing, and analytical abilities with excellent organizational skills.
- Exhibit self-motivation to work independently in a team and build relationships with management and external partners.
- Ability to pass and maintain a National Agency Check and fingerprinting background check.
