What you’ll do:
- Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel engagement campaigns in Braze, including email, SMS, and direct mail.
- Create short-form and digital content that makes financial wellbeing feel approachable and fun.
- Partner with clients to tailor engagement strategies and present campaign performance data.
You should bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or member engagement.
- A maker mentality that can design graphics, edit short videos, and write punchy copy.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred) and design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite).
