ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains and processes assigned work queue items accurately.
- Analyzes account activity to determine refund eligibility.
- Works with payers to resolve overpayments.
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of medical billing experience required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and computer literacy are required.
