PreMaster Performance Management & Controlling (w/m/div.)

As a participant in the PreMaster program, you are a valued team member and support Bosch in the further development and implementation of strategic projects. Within the scope of business and forecast planning, you coordinate and improve the global, standardized price management. Additionally, you support the collection and tracking of measures to increase the division's earnings. You are responsible for the coordination and harmonization of the globally collected planned product manufacturing costs. Furthermore, you support country controlling through the monthly review and analysis of the monthly financial statements. Finally, you support ongoing projects across departmental boundaries and develop them further. The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed Bachelor graduates who aim to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience to get to know the technical and business context. The second phase includes the Master's program and includes further events and seminars as well as personal support from a mentor on the way to successful completion.
