Job Description

In the Account Management Team, you will take on a central role as the first point of contact for our B2B customers with a vehicle fleet of two to nine vehicles. After the sales team successfully concludes the initial contract, you and your colleagues will continue to support the customer relationship. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for providing personal advice and long-term loyalty to our existing customers, especially when it comes to extending existing subscriptions or booking a follow-up subscription. With a keen sense for individual requirements and wishes, you will work with our customers to find tailor-made mobility solutions and ensure that they enjoy an outstanding customer experience at all times. You are responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience for our customer portfolio. In close cooperation with the Growth Team, you will succeed in satisfying our customers and ensuring that they conclude follow-up contracts for expiring subscriptions. You identify potential for improvement and help to establish new and improve existing processes to increase the efficiency and quality of our work. FINN offers the flexibility to work completely remotely or from your home office (within Germany).
