About the Role:
- You will be the first and last face customers see, ensuring an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain consistent event quality with banners, signs, biscuits, and music.
- Help manage customer expectations by triaging items alongside Buyers.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience in customer-facing roles with diverse customers.
- Ability to identify and solve customer problems, even without immediate answers.
- Willingness to travel 1-2 hours daily for roadshows.
