Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

• Take ownership of the affiliate marketing channel for Go & Grow, managing and growing partnerships.
• Work with content creators, publishers, comparison sites, communities, and affiliate networks across Europe.
• Combine partner management with business development, strengthening existing relationships and sourcing new partners.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the affiliate marketing channel strategy, operating plan, forecast, and performance.
• Source, qualify, and close direct partnerships with affiliates.
• Create clear segmentation, outreach, onboarding, and activation routines.

Qualifications:

• Expert in at least one partner management platform (Target Circle, Impact, Awin, etc.).
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and BI dashboard experience.
• AI fluency and fluent in English; German is a plus.
