- Data-driven & knowledgeable in the audio industry.
- Familiar with tracking ins and outs and managing channels.
- Performance and direct response background with an eye for brand.
What will you do:
- Grow Betterhelp’s key metrics (members, ROAS, ROI, brand awareness, affinity, etc…) by exploring and testing new networks, shows and audio advertising.
- Maintain weekly show reporting and improve upon reporting processes for better campaign management.
- Maintain and further develop agency and network relationships.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years managing audio campaigns - media buying and planning, creative, execution, performance & optimization
- Have deep knowledge of non-US podcast, radio and digital radio landscapes, including publishers, agencies, shows, and opportunities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance based on data
