Manager, Finance

Overview:

• You will serve as the senior finance partner to CES regional and operational leadership.
• You convert financial and operational data into decisions that improve revenue quality and EBIT.
• You lead the financial cadence for an assigned portfolio of clients and programs.

Responsibilities:

• You own the regional financial narrative through EBIT, including actuals, forecast, and corrective actions.
• You lead financial performance reviews and translate operating performance into financial outcomes.
• You partner with Commercial, Pricing, and Operations on client renewals and margin improvements.

Qualifications:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• You have 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership of analysts.
• You demonstrate strong planning, forecasting, and executive communication capabilities.
