Digital Buildings Technical Project Coordinator

The Digital Buildings Technical Project Coordinator will provide technical related coordination in the field of IoT technologies, Workplace technologies, applications, process, standards for FPC and our Clients. Working as a part of the FPC IoT Services Group, the role will be responsible for assisting & coordinating the delivery of projects and services to FPC’s clients. The Coordinator represents FPC in delivering services to our Clients and when working with industry partners and suppliers, so will maintain the highest standards of technical and professional performance. Responsibilities include delivery of technical project coordinator services and projects for clients, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating the delivery of projects on time and within budget. The role also involves producing RFPs, service delivery, technical and project related reports. The Coordinator will build and maintain expertise, knowledge and understanding of industry trends, developments and initiatives, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Qualifications include minimum 2 years technical project coordinator experience, preferably in IoT Solutions, Workplace technologies, Systems Integration and related technologies. Proven track record in IoT related roles. Excellent Project Reporting, Risk and Issue Management and Communications Skills needed.
