Responsibilities:
- Lead a squad with Architect, Full-stack Developers, Product Designer, and QA.
- Ensure delivery of order visibility and traceability in B2B portal.
- Operate under Agile, Kanban, and Intent-Driven Development.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience as Squad Leader, Tech Lead Senior, or Project Manager.
- Fluent or advanced English for daily client interface.
- Strong command of Kanban, continuous flow, and non-prescriptive methodologies.
