Job Description
Represent Virtus as a subject matter expert demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of ETFs including detailed knowledge of underlying investment strategies, rationale for product positioning, drivers of performance and relevant market background. Identify and develop new business opportunities/relationships for Virtus’ ETF product suite. Partner with Virtus wholesalers nationally, serving as a subject matter expert on our ETF product offerings. Construct and execute, in collaboration with the Managing Director of ETF Sales, a strategic distribution plan to acquire new clients in ETF professional buyer channels. Establish new strategic relationships with potential to extend beyond ETFs. Deliver investor feedback to senior management about current product construction and actively contribute to new product ideas. Conduct regular product training presentations to internal and external sales teams and travel to industry events and national sales meetings.
