Responsibilities:

  • Perform deep technical investigations and solve complex issues.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer cases.
  • Provide troubleshooting support to Nexla customers.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Python programming skills.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and authentication mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in writing Python or Shell scripts.
