Responsibilities:
- Perform deep technical investigations and solve complex issues.
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer cases.
- Provide troubleshooting support to Nexla customers.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Python programming skills.
Technical Proficiency:
- Intermediate to advanced experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc.).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and authentication mechanisms.
- Proficiency in writing Python or Shell scripts.
