Job Description

This position's primary responsibility is for the integration, support, and enhancement of systems and tools within Unified Communications, analyzing existing applications, systems, processes, and workflows for simplification or enhancement. The role involves designing, developing, and documenting modifications to existing systems, applications, workflows, or processes, as well as assisting in the development and design of system or workflow interfaces. This role also includes developing test plans, conducting testing, and developing and completing implementation plans. The position also acts as a primary point of contact for vendors who support or provide Unified Communication systems and applications, and the role also performs financial analysis with budgeting and forecasting.
