Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to Revenue segment leaders across business lines, shaping strategy and driving accountability.
- Lead the team in delivering insights and analytics, fielding data requests using internal and third-party sources.
- Monitor business trends and KPIs to identify risks and growth opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
Leadership and Development:
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-caliber team, fostering a culture of intellectual rigor and continuous improvement.
- Partner with segment leaders to design and run the operating rhythm, including business reviews and planning cycles.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve workflows and scale analytical capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics roles, ideally from consulting, banking, or tech.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks and plans.
- Deep analytical fluency with SQL, Python/R, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication skills to craft data-backed narratives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
