Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an aggressive regional strategy for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Personally oversee enterprise accounts and work with channel partners to create actionable sales plans.
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach the sales team on strategies to drive deal closure.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 5 years of proven sales leadership.
- Must have enterprise software sales experience as both an individual contributor and a leader.
- Needs a working knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and a proven history of exceptional quota attainment.
Compensation and Travel:
- The position offers an annual base salary range and is commission-eligible.
- Includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Requires up to 50% travel for the role.
