Associate Merchandise Planner

Responsibilities:

• Forecast and analyze sales by monitoring daily performance to spot trends and risks.
• Manage inventory through Open-to-Buy models and provide markdown and flow recommendations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with buying, marketing, and site teams to track inventory and support product launches.
• Assist in communicating sales updates and partner on strategic initiatives like promotions.

Reporting:

• Prepare weekly selling reports and quarterly hindsight analyses to guide business strategy.
• Ensure data accuracy in planning systems and support ad-hoc reporting for various projects.

Requirements:

• Possess 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce planning or inventory management.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and financial modeling.
