Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Support the Amazon National Account Manager in achieving annual sales, trade, and profitability goals.
- Maintain weekly and monthly reporting dashboards for sales performance and inventory levels.
- Monitor Amazon Vendor Central for operational issues and track customer requests for timely resolution.
Data & Analytics:
- Pull, clean, and analyze data from Amazon Retail Analytics and internal systems.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accuracy of item catalogs, pricing files, and promotional calendars.
Skills & Competencies:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Curious, proactive problem solver with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
