Key Responsibilities:
- Complete new item forms and manage setup/maintenance across all retailer portals.
- Maintain digital item setup for retailers, manage SKUs for Amazon to prevent duplicate counts.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain on inventory levels and order quantities for Amazon.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Pull ad hoc reporting from customer portals for Sales and Operations teams.
- Support financial reporting, launch tracking, and consolidate retail media reporting.
- Track media performance, share of voice, budget pacing, and provide recommendations.
Coordination and Support:
- Order and track product samples for customers, brokers, events, and internal needs.
- Assist with food show submissions and attend weekly customer and broker meetings.
- Support agency coordination and assist with campaign briefs and content updates for retail media.
