Associate Director, Qualitative Research

Manage and oversee a Client service Team, acting as a leader by coaching and mentoring staff, building relationships with M3 clients, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Update processes and internal systems to ensure the team works efficiently and collaboratively. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing online healthcare market research. Key responsibilities include managing and developing team members, monitoring KPIs, and managing project escalations to ensure timely and on-budget completion, partnering with internal stakeholders to improve performance. The Associate Director will adapt processes, manage escalations to client satisfaction, monitor data collection quality, oversee billing, and support best practices. The role involves executing client service improvement plans in collaboration with sales and training new team members.
