Senior Email Executive

Role Overview:

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of Marie Curie's email programme, driving innovative campaigns that engage supporters and generate vital income.
• Take ownership of campaign planning, performance optimisation, audience targeting, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and deliver email campaigns across fundraising, campaigns, services, retail, and supporter communications.
• Develop templates, refine processes, and implement best practice across the email programme.
• Deliver and optimise SMS and WhatsApp communications as part of integrated multichannel activity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering successful email campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as DotDigital or similar.
• Strong understanding of email best practice, including deliverability, accessibility, and mobile-first design.
• Experience with segmentation, personalisation, and marketing consent requirements like GDPR and PECR.
