Lead the design and development of shared backend services and platform capabilities.
Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy across multiple teams.
Build scalable, highly available cloud-native solutions using Java and AWS technologies.

Qualifications:

Significant experience building and operating large-scale backend systems.
Strong expertise in Java and modern cloud technologies, including AWS serverless services and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD tools and understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and scalability.

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI/ML technologies.
Experience in SaaS or EdTech environments.
Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React.

Additional Information:

The expected annual base salary range is PLN 308,025 to PLN 513,375, bonus eligible.
Actual compensation is determined by work location and other relevant factors.
