Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and use other communication methods to schedule new patient consults, with first contact within 24 hours of lead receipt.
- Answer questions about treatment and clearly explain what differentiates Cranial Technologies from competitors.
- Address and overcome family objections and coordinate with sales reps on unresponsive or declined leads.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Requires 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably with warm leads, retention, or quota-based goals.
- Must have exceptional communication skills, an energetic personality, and strong organizational abilities to manage details.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The pay is $21.00 per hour plus additional performance-based bonuses.
