Job Description
Data Entry/Contractor Role:
- Perform data entry tasks, inputting information into Brightwheel’s product efficiently.
- Maintain clear records of orders and tasks completed, ensuring accuracy.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture through collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Manipulate and organize data in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Follow step-by-step instructions precisely; comfortable learning new platforms.
- Manage time effectively, comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Experience (not required):
- Order entry or management, sales admin/support experience.
- Prior experience in customer support or working for a US/international company.
