Director of Events

Power the success of Lantern's events program through meticulous planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the details, finds satisfaction in repeatable processes, and understands that flawless logistics are the backbone of every great event. The Events Manager will own the day-to-day execution of events across multiple business verticals, ensuring every element runs like clockwork. Manage 25+ third-party events and the end-to-end event management. Partner closely with Member Marketing and Customer Success to lead strategy, planning, and execution for all Open Enrollment events.
