Job Description
Support successful customer implementations and expansions, contributing to projects from kickoff to go-live as a key team member. Help coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and communicate clearly with both customers and internal stakeholders. Work with customer IT teams to connect their systems with iQueue, support data integration, assist with analysis, and help prepare environments for launch. Clean and organize EHR data to ensure itβs accurate and ready to be used by our optimization tools. Build strong relationships with customers, help troubleshoot issues, and ensure our solutions are making a meaningful difference.
Join site visits (up to 20% travel) to observe workflows, support go-lives, and provide hands-on training. Help track key metrics, share progress updates, and contribute to case studies that highlight customer success. Bring ideas from customer experiences back to our team to help shape the product and improve our approach.
