What You'll Own:
- Own the full lifecycle of items from arrival to vault exit including SLAs and exception handling.
- Manage international shipping workflows with customs, insurance, and carrier integrations.
- Build internal tools and experiment with AI agents to automate manual processes.
Metrics You'll Own:
- Time-to-Liquidity (Median + P90) as the northstar metric.
- Ingest and outtake SLA adherence, cost per item, throughput per FTE, error rate.
- Inventory activation rate and seller satisfaction/NPS.
What Great Looks Like:
- Material reduction in time-to-liquidity and reliable SLAs.
- A weekly Vault dashboard used by leadership.
- 30-50% reduction in manual handoffs and faster inventory activation.
Who You Are:
- A systems-oriented builder with 5-8+ years in operationally complex environments.
- Strong intuition for logistics and warehouse metrics, and deep interest in AI-first workflows.
- Data-driven and comfortable working with both ops teams and engineering.
