Program Manager

The Program Manager leads and supports utility-sponsored energy efficiency, electrification, and demand response programs across residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and public sectors. This role combines strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, technical expertise, and operational execution to deliver measurable energy savings and promote equitable access to clean energy solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and managing energy efficiency programs, overseeing program performance, leading cross-functional teams, building relationships with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or program management.
