About the Role:

What We Look For:

• 10+ years of software development experience, including leadership in high-concurrency distributed systems.
• Strong architectural depth in distributed data consistency, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
