The Role:
- Drive technical execution and solve high-impact distribution problems.
- Lead our AI-First pivot, building highly scalable systems for conversational journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain high-volume microservices for 50M+ monthly accesses.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, from definition to production.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and raise the technical bar.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with distributed systems, database design, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog or New Relic.
- Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.
