Job Description
Support Go to Market and Presales leadership by keeping the rhythm of execution humming and removing any obstacles that may arise along the way. Orchestrate the planning process and health checks for Key Programs and Initiatives that deliver on Organizational VMTs. Define and champion key performance indicators and metrics for all programs and initiatives to ensure progress, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
Proactively identify, design, and spearhead the implementation of significant operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business needs and elevate Presales capabilities. Represents the Presales team as a key liaison in coordinating with other internal planning functions. Lead and drive complex, short-term deep dives and cross-functional project teams to structure and execute in-depth analyses needed to develop and present high-impact strategic recommendations.
Manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring timely, effective, and qualitative communication on strategic initiatives. develop and implement programs and frameworks that support the enablement and professional development of the Presales organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Mentor and guide other members of the S&I team and the broader Presales community on program management, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.
