Engagement Manager

This role provides project management for enterprise customers, focusing on delivering scope on time with high-quality outcomes and creating plans based on client value. Establishing and maintaining relationships at all levels of the customer organization, partnering with internal teams to translate client requirements into actionable designs, and setting clear expectations with internal and client team members are important aspects. Managing project financials, running governance meetings, and identifying opportunities during project execution are also key components of the role, as is documenting lessons learned and recommending process improvements.
