Job Description

In this role, you will review and process incoming customer orders, consult with Sales on deal structures, audit customer contracts, and ensure accurate billing. You will also conduct credit evaluations, manage customer accounts in billing and CRM systems, and identify improvements to operational workflows. Responsibilities include resolving complex order issues, ensuring timely invoices, and maintaining data integrity across CRM systems. You will support internal audits, assist with Accounts Receivable, and perform other duties as assigned.
