Job Description

As a member of the Learning & Development team, the Talent Specialist L&D will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and continuously improving learning experiences that support employee growth and organizational capability. This role requires a proactive, creative, and collaborative professional who can anticipate learning needs, create engaging content, and ensure seamless delivery across various platforms and audiences. Learning Content Creation: Design and develop engaging, learner-centered content for a variety of formats (eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning, job aids, etc.). Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles, best practices, and organizational goals. Learning Deployment & Facilitation: Facilitate live and virtual training sessions as needed. Monitor participation, engagement, and completion rates to ensure learning effectiveness. Learning Needs Analysis: Partner with business leaders and HR to identify current and future learning needs across departments. Conduct skills gap analyses and recommend targeted learning interventions. Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate learning program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Use data to refine content and delivery methods for continuous improvement. Learning Management System Administration: Manage user accounts, security settings, system configurations, and oversee day-to-day operations. Configure courses, upload content, and manage assignments and learning paths within the system.
