What you'll do:
- Set the direction for the core product, ranking bets by measured impact on conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build it yourself: prototype in sandbox environments, ship production PRs, and instrument events cleanly.
- Run experiments end-to-end and own the lifecycle system, including workflows, templates, triggers, and monitoring.
Where your time goes:
- Most of it finding and shipping the highest-leverage improvements across the existing product.
- Some of it building a system that runs experiments with fewer humans in the loop every quarter.
- A little of it setting the roadmap and keeping the team informed.
About you:
- PR first: you fix what you find, write your own SQL, and read your own experiments.
- 4+ years in product engineering, growth engineering, or a product role where you shipped your own code.
- Track record of measured wins in activation, conversion, retention, or reactivation in a consumer product.
