Senior Product Manager, Collections & Recoveries

Product Ownership:

• Own the roadmap and execution across collections and recoveries services for both revolving and installment credit products.
• Scale and optimize existing services while launching new ones to help Canadians borrow on fair, transparent terms.

Collaboration:

• Work with Lifecycle, Engineering, Design, and Data Science on loan servicing, adjudication models, and decisioning logic.
• Partner with Credit Strategy, Financial Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Legal to meet regulatory requirements and land on a sound P&L.

Data and Analysis:

• Pull your own data using SQL, dbt, or Redshift and build business cases around unit economics, loss rates, and portfolio performance.
• Run experiments to measure impact on gross profit from credit products.
