About the Role:
- Own the business lending P&L, strategy, and product roadmap.
- Collaborate with credit, sales, and finance to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set multi-year strategy and own business outcomes.
- Build and scale the lending product and PM team.
- Launch 0-1 products: term loans, lines of credit.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in lending, 5+ years leading PM teams.
- Deep knowledge of the lending lifecycle and credit risk.
- Data-driven, cross-functional leader.
