Privacy Governance Manager

This position is needed to support the Privacy Governance Team and report to the Director of Privacy Governance within the Legal organization. Your role will provide integral support to the Privacy team, helping them stay on track with company priorities. You will help prioritize and maintain regulatory requirements within the Privacy Governance Team and be a key player in making the Twilio privacy team successful. Additionally, you will work closely with the Privacy Legal team to implement/enhance privacy requirements within the Twilio organization. In this role, you’ll drive Privacy and AI strategy, serve as a subject matter expert, lead internal PIA/DPIA, spearhead collaborative engagement across departments, manage an externally facing mailbox, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives such as RoPAs, PIAs, and privacy by design. You will also oversee privacy-related matters and develop ongoing Privacy and AI education programs, manage privacy professionals, ensure appropriate documentation, collaborate with IT, oversee website privacy compliance, provide incident management support, and support BCR and other privacy-related audits.
