- Coordinate with third-party vendors and support Ops team in building and documenting scalable processes.
- Utilize AI tools to work smarter and faster across day-to-day tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support client technology onboardings, manage client administration, and coordinate vendor relationships.
- Build and maintain Airtable integrations and execute data hygiene processes.
- Partner with the Operations Manager on process automation initiatives.
