Position Overview:

  • Manage client onboarding steps and maintain systems and integrations across tools.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and support Ops team in building and documenting scalable processes.
  • Utilize AI tools to work smarter and faster across day-to-day tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support client technology onboardings, manage client administration, and coordinate vendor relationships.
  • Build and maintain Airtable integrations and execute data hygiene processes.
  • Partner with the Operations Manager on process automation initiatives.

  • Communicate clearly, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and workflows.
