Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary liaison for high school tennis with the CIF, manage First Serve tournaments, and oversee all junior tournament sanctioning and compliance.
  • Host events like the Pacific Cup and high school championships, provide technical training, and develop educational workshops for stakeholders.

Travel & Logistics:

  • Travel within Southern California and occasionally outside the section to attend tournaments, meetings, and site visits for court standards.
  • Must be available for weekends and extra hours as necessary to supervise events and fulfill organizational needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years in the tennis industry and experience in training staff and volunteers.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Serve Tennis, with strong communication, public speaking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid CA driver's license and a team-oriented attitude with high energy for promoting programs.
