Property Accounting Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Responsible for managing a team of Staff and Senior Accountants.
• Provide a high level of commitment and customer service to the Client, team, and co-workers.
• Delegate workloads while inspiring and motivating team members.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a liaison between the Client, property management and the project accounting team.
• Review financial statement packages prior to submittal to Clients for accuracy.
• Identify training needs, track performance, coach, and prepare year-end reviews for the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior management experience is strongly preferred.
• History of leading a team of degreed accountants in preparing timely financial statements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years’ experience.
