Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager at IDG, you'll ensure clients achieve desired outcomes through our products. You will be the primary point of contact, building relationships, understanding needs, and driving success. Responsibilities include client relationship management, onboarding and training, customer advocacy, proactive support, renewals and upselling, and performance metrics. You will develop lasting relationships, navigate organizations, and partner with teams to meet expectations. You'll proactively address concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
