Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paper EOB intake, organization, and posting workflows.
- Perform check reconciliation and validate payment accuracy against remittance data.
- Coordinate with billing, credentialing, and operations teams to resolve revenue issues.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or revenue cycle management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with US-based health insurance companies, commercial and government.
Work Arrangement:
- This role is fully remote.
- Candidates must be based outside of the United States but able to work United States East Coast time zones.
