Job Description

Turnitin is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to provide primary support to Senior Leadership (RVPs) members. Responsible for calendar management, data entry, research, project facilitation, swag, gift orders, and various administrative tasks. This role works to ensure the highest level of confidentiality, customer service, and stewardship. Must be available to work during US-compatible workday time zones. Manage RVP’s calendar, coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives. General office responsibilities include: maintain multiple calendars; plan, schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, travel, onsite/offsite meetings; process payments and expense reports. Manage logistics, such as securing space, ordering meals, and obtaining materials and equipment. Prepare the leader for meetings, including but not limited to the provision of agendas, directions and lists of attendees, and transcription and distribution of minutes. Providing clear communication, excellent customer service, and demonstrating competence to maintain credibility, trust and support with all stakeholders. Able to create complex, innovative and creative presentation-quality documents. Manage special events and projects, which may include coordinating gifts to team members around the globe in a remote-first environment.
