Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert for the professional services automation (PSA) platform, ensuring accurate program setup and billing.
- Review and translate Statements of Work into the PSA system, resolving ambiguities in scope or billing terms.
- Analyze invoices, investigate billing discrepancies, and recommend corrective action to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in project management using a PSA system.
- BA/BS degree required, preferably in a technical field.
- Direct experience administering a PSA platform.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote-based opportunity to help establish Project Management across the organization.
- The role requires discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance.
- Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
