Job Overview:
- Manage project financial activities as the primary financial contact for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with Operations, Budgets, and Contracts teams to ensure accurate revenue tracking and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts and work orders to identify financial terms and ensure timely billing.
- Perform financial quality control of study visits and reconcile data between RealTime and sponsor EDC systems.
- Identify revenue discrepancies, prepare monthly revenue files, and issue customer billing statements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or healthcare administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, financial analysis, or related area.
- Moderate Excel proficiency and strong analytical and communication skills.
